The following are answers to frequently asked questions about event logistics to help you plan your conference visit.

Registration

Registration is now open for Citrix internal employees and Citrix partners. If you have any questions please contact the Citrix ServTech Headquarters.

Registration is easy. Please be prepared to provide the following information:

  • Full name
  • Company name
  • Complete mailing address
  • Contact information (phone and email)
  • Emergency contact information
  • Special accommodations
  • Credit card number and expiration date
  • Arrival and departure dates

Yes, online registration allows you to register on behalf of others. Each registration requires a unique email address, which is used to generate login credentials and is needed for check-in at the conference.

Your registration for a full conference pass entitles you to the following:

  • Solutions Expo
  • Breakout Sessions
  • Interactive Sessions (Lunch and Learns, Tech Talks, etc.)
  • Keynotes
  • Diversity in Technology
  • Simply Serve
  • Welcome Reception
  • Final Night Party
  • Conference meals

Yes, a guest pass is available for $300 USD. The pass allows your guest to participate in the Welcome Reception on Tuesday, August 15, and the Final Night Party on Wednesday, August 16. Guest passes are nonrefundable and are restricted to individuals 21 years of age or older.

No, there is no registration deadline for Citrix partners. You can even register on-site if you prefer to wait until the conference starts. However, registrations received early may qualify for discounts. Visit Pricing for conference pass pricing information and special offers.

  • Tuesday, August 15: 7:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
  • Wednesday, August 16: 7:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
  • Thursday, August 17: 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

You have the option to pay by credit card (American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover) or by wire transfer. Just select your payment option when prompted in the registration process and you will be billed accordingly. A payment receipt will be available for access in your My Account tool.  

An email confirmation will be sent to you upon completion of your registration. If you have not received this email within 12 hours, please alert ServTech Headquarters.

Citrix reserves the right to deny registration to any individual, attending group or entity for any reason, at the company’s sole discretion, including for past or present failure to meet Citrix standards of conduct (including, but not limited to, engaging in violent, illegal, threatening or discriminatory conduct).

A few countries require a visa for entry into the United States. We recommend checking in advance with your country's local U.S. consulate for requirements. Typically, this information can be found on consulate websites.

Cancellations on or before July 7, 2017 are eligible for a 100 percent refund. Starting July 8, 2017, conference fees are nonrefundable, and there are no exceptions. Cancellations must be submitted in writing by e-mailing Citrix ServTech Headquarters at citrixevents@citrixevents.com.  

Hotels

ServTech Headquarters has arranged a special discounted rate at the Hilton Austin. When you register online for ServTech, you will have an opportunity to request your hotel reservation, specify check-in and checkout dates and provide your credit card information. A hotel reservation will be made for you and guaranteed with your credit card. Note that conference hotel rooms are based on availability. Citrix internal employees are required to book their hotel directly through ServTech Headquarters during registration.

Yes, a credit card will be needed to confirm your reservation at the designated ServTech hotel.

Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and checkout time is 12:00 p.m.

No, transportation is not provided. Please check the Travel section of the ServTech website for information on different options, including shuttles, taxis and public transportation.

At the conference

You can pick up your badge at the ServTech Registration Desk during open registration hours. The ServTech Registration Desk will be located in the Hilton Austin Conference Center on Level 4, outside of the Governor’s Ballroom. For security purposes, please be prepared to show government-issued photo identification to pick up your badge.

Yes, please wear your conference badge to all functions, sessions and meetings so you can be readily identified as an attendee of ServTech Conference badges are a key part of the precautions being taken to ensure a safe and secure working environment at ServTech. Should you lose your badge, there is a $50 replacement fee.

  • On Tuesday, August 15, dinner will be provided at the Welcome Reception where heavy hors d’oeuvres will be served.
  • On Wednesday, August 16, breakfast and lunch will be provided on-site at the Hilton Austin. Dinner will be provided at the Final Night Party off-site.
  • On Thursday, August 17, breakfast and lunch will be provided on-site at the Hilton Austin.

Please note that the catering kitchens and catering staff of the Hilton Austin handle several allergens throughout the conference, including dairy, soy, tree nuts, eggs, wheat, and others. While they take precautions to keep ingredients separate, they cannot guarantee that menu items are allergen free. All conference menu selections will be labeled with any known allergens. Attendees should request to speak with a banquet captain prior to enjoying their meal, if there are any concerns with any of the menu items offered. Attendees also have the option of selecting a specific dietary meal during registration.

The Final Night Party will be on August 16. Additional details around the location will be released soon.  

The attire for the entire conference is business technical (slacks, jeans, polo shirts, etc.). Please keep in mind the convention center and hotels are fully air conditioned and may be cool at times. A light jacket or sweater for indoor wear is recommended.

The official language of the conference is English and all general sessions will be presented in English. Translation services will not be provided.

WiFi will be available throughout the common areas at the Hilton Austin provided by the Hilton Austin. Information on how to access wireless connectivity will be provided on-site and through the ServTech mobile app.
